About Us
Located in Young America, Bear Country Blooms & Bakery is a flower farm and cottage bakery known for sourdough breads and seasonal bouquets. Founded by Carrie Pauly, the business began at farmers’ markets in '19 with vegetables, bread, and their signature salsa.
Carrie grows flowers for bouquet subscriptions, DIY buckets, and market bouquets, while the farm stand brings baked goods and blooms to the community outside of market season. Known for sourdough breads, focaccia, and sourdough muffins, Bear Country Blooms & Bakery offers bread subscriptions and year-round delivery on their website.
In 2026, a vintage camper will bring Bear Country Blooms & Bakery to farmers’ markets in a new way—inviting visitors to linger, connect, and savor the sights, smells, and flavors. Every loaf and jumbo muffin is made with artisan techniques, making a visit to the camper a memorable experience full of flavor and connection—something customers will look forward to all week.
