As the Client-Site IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will serve as the senior on-site technical resource, responsible for proficient, hands-on support across the client’s desktop, systems, and network infrastructure. This is a senior technical role for a versatile professional capable of independently resolving issues and serving as the primary point of technical collaboration with our Managed Services Provider (MSP), Altera Digital Health. You will work in partnership with the on-site IT Support Technician, handling advanced escalations and ensuring the seamless execution of IT projects and daily operations.
